Peppers coming in hot! (or not)


What makes a pepper hot? The capsaicin oil that is concentrated in the seeds of the pepper hold the most punch. Besides helping clear your pores and sinuses, capsaicin can also help relieve inflammation in the joins; it opens up your capillaries helping increase blood flow!
