This succulent weed has a lemony zip, you may have seen them growing in... your yard? Well this plant has Omega-3 Fatty acids, vitamins A, C, and B Complex! My favorite way to eat it is raw, pick off all the leaves, throw it in the freezer to chill while I chop other veggies for a salad, and sprinkle them on top! That way you get the most nutrients. Its also great fresh in a salad or steamed or boiled with pasta and veggies. It does get a bit slimy if overcooked, and before you run out your door to backyard forage, make sure its not been watered by your dogs or the neighbor's dogs ; ) Learn more by clicking on the link below.
